How to manage renewal and request a refund.

Cancellation
Open the Billing section of your account on the website to manage your subscription and stop future renewal. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions; canceling renewal does not by itself mean a refund has been issued.
Requesting a refund
Contact [email protected] with the account email and payment date or reference; never send card details. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available, including Brazil’s right of withdrawal for eligible distance contracts. Requests are assessed under applicable law and the terms shown at purchase. No additional worldwide refund guarantee has been approved.
Price transparency
Before paying, check the total price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing interval and renewal. The payment provider may determine bank or exchange processing times. We do not promise a settlement date that we cannot control.
