Data and purposes

Blackrooting processes account and contact details, device identifiers, subscription status, access authorizations and limited operational/security records to provide the service, manage billing and investigate failures. Optional promotional communications are controlled separately. Specific purposes and legal bases must be reviewed for the markets served.

Local execution and transmission

The Blackrooting application installed on your computer runs the tools you connect. Tool requests and responses can pass through Blackrooting servers, which connect your computer with the AI application you choose. Local execution does not mean all data stays on the computer. Each AI provider and plugin can process information under its own terms. Only connect tools and providers you trust.

Storage and retention

The application installed on your computer stores local configuration and encrypted credentials. Blackrooting servers maintain account and authorization records. Retention depends on record type and operational or legal purpose; deleting an account can preserve financial and administrative records. Backups and external payment-provider records require their own handling. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy.

Your rights and young users

Use account privacy settings or contact us for access, correction, deletion, questions or requests from a parent or legal guardian. We may need proportionate identity verification. Child and teenage use requires safeguards appropriate to age and risk; a checkbox is not proof of parental authorization. Never include identity documents, passwords or tool content in an initial request.
